Manufacturing Partner (Name to be included when the agreement is signed)

Phoenix Med LLC will manufacture her own product or product under license via her Manufacturing Partner. This Partner will have to adhere to all FDA requirements for health product manufacturing and also collaborate with us in finding cost-effective solutions to reduce production and packing expenses.

Product Reselling Partners (Name to be included when the agreement is signed)

Phoenix Med LLC is partnering with one or more companies that carry product that according to our advisory team fit our portfolio and are under-represented in the market. Phoenix Med LLC will manufacture and sell these products through her market channels.

Marketing Partner (Name to be included when the agreement is signed)

Phoenix Med LLC will work with one Marketing Agency that has the experience and expertise to bring Phoenix Med to the market with all the products in the portfolio. This work involves at minimum:

· Market Research

· FDA Data Base Analysis

· Brand Development

· Promotion Plan

· Operational Strategies

· Training of Salesforce

Distribution Partners: (Name to be included when the agreement is signed)

Phoenix Med LLC will work with one or more Distributors to bring our product to the market. These distributors are working for various Suppliers and Phoenix Med LLC will have her own Fractional Sales Force to support, analyze and guide the Distributors in optimizing sales. The sales area of our product is the Sunbelt, and all Distributors will have an assigned sub-area to sell our products. Through the Phoenix Med website the customers can reach the Distributor via a link, but this connection can also be made direct to the Distributors website.
